Former Minister of Justice and retired Senior Federal Prosecutor. He was also the Adjunct Prosecutor-General before the Superior Electoral Court and the head of the Center for Mutual Legal Assistance within the Federal Prosecutions Office. He has acted before the Supreme Court and the Superior Court of Justice in criminal matters.
Professor in International Law at the Law School of the University of Brasilia, Mr. Aragão holds an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law awarded by the University of Essex (UK) and a PhD in Law awarded by the Ruhr-University of Bochum (Germany).
Lawyer with a large experience in Enterprises, Administrative and Infrastructure Law. He was a former Assistant of the Minister of Justice and of the Adjunct Chief of Staff for Legal Affairs of the Presidency of the Republic.
Specialist in Corporate and Constitutional Law, Mr. Ferraro holds a bachelor degree (LL.B.) awarded by the State University of São Paulo (Unesp) and excelled in independent research on stock markets at the University of British Columbia (Canada).
